At the awards event at Bromley Football Club, on 12 March, the charity won the Team, Dignity in Care, and Care Worker Awards, highlighting the exceptional work being carried out across its services.

Redhill Supported Living Service was recognised with the Team Award for its exceptional compassion, resilience, and professionalism during an extraordinarily challenging year. Throughout multiple complex and emotionally demanding situations, the team consistently demonstrated outstanding teamwork, strong partnership working and a deep commitment to person-centred care.

The second award was for Lorraine Ward, from the Brewery Road Supported Living Service who won the Care Worker Award. She received the award for her remarkable patience, warmth and commitment and her outstanding support for individuals whose routines, preferences, and personalities truly matter.

Her contribution is rooted in empathy, reflection, and genuine respect for the rights and individuality of the people she supports.
