Quality and transparency

In order to guarantee the quality of our services, beyond our social commitment, Diagrama Foundation has certified through Bureau Veritas Certification that our Quality Management System is compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 for European Projects.

The scope of this certification includes the design and development of projects for the social inclusion and integration of children, young people and adults who are experiencing social difficulties. The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, motivation and actions of senior management, process approach and continuous improvement.

We are regularly inspected by either Ofsted or the Care Quality Commission and their reports are publicly available for review.

Along with our Social Responsibility policies and Ethical Code, this forms the basis for how we accomplish our aims and objectives. Our work is conceived as a continuous development and improvement of a responsible, sustainable, transparent and externally audited management service.
