This Certification guarantees that Diagrama operates a Quality Management System that is compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 for European Projects

Bureau Veritas Certification certified on the 22nd of January that the Management System of Diagrama Foundation had been audited and found to be in accordance with the requirements of the management system standard for ISO 9001:2008. The scope of this certification includes “the development and design of projects for the social inclusion and integration of children, young people and adults who are experiencing social difficulties.”

The ISO 9001:2008 is the global standard for quality management systems. In its mission to provide the highest quality services, Diagrama sought to obtain the ISO certification, which after various audits and much preparation, it was successful in doing so. This certificate ensures that our customers receive consistent, good quality products and services.

The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
