The young people from Diagrama’s homes participate in various leisure activities throughout the summer

Young people living in both of Diagrama’s Children’s Homes were involved in different pastimes, ranging from sporting to cultural events.

Throughout the summer months, children and young people from Diagrama’s homes participated in several leisure activities, which encourage them to spend time outside the home and enjoy themselves. The young people were accompanied by the homes’ staff, who were there to provide support, guidance and to share the experiences with them.

The activities were varied so as to ensure that every young person had the opportunity to partake in something of their interest, whilst encouraging a cohesive group dynamic and inclusion of everyone. These included: roller-skating, visit to amusement parks, London museums, golf, karting, climbing, and basketball, amongst others.

With the summer over, Diagrama will ensure to find new and exciting activities for the new term, and hope to see the young people continue to learn and engage in different activities.
