Diagrama Community Services are absolutely delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract by West Sussex County Council to deliver Day Opportunities at our locations in West Sussex. This includes our 100 acre Duckyls Farm and other locations in Sussex.

From 1st July, these sites will provide a choice of opportunities and activities to adults with learning disabilities, supporting individuals to develop skills that promote independence, healthy living and access to employment.
