We support vulnerable adults and children to live their best lives

Aims and Values

Diagrama Foundation is a UK registered charity focusing on supporting vulnerable adults and children to live their best lives.

Founded in 2008 and led by CEO David McGuire, the charity is supported by over 200 team members running services across the South East of England.

Who We Support

  • Children in care - our Voluntary Adoption Agency and not-for-profit Fostering Service find homes for children who wait the longest in London, Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
  • Diagrama Community Services - Day Opportunities based at Duckyls Farm supporting people with learning disabilities and other needs with hands-on learning including working with animals, growing vegetables, cooking and woodwork.
