We hold adoption and care records of more than 25,000 people, some dating back to the early 1900’s. We support and guide people through the complex process of finding out about their backgrounds, making family connections and developing a stronger sense of identity.

Diagrama Adoption is an independent Voluntary Adoption Agency, rated GOOD by Ofsted. Our team is dedicated to finding loving families who are able to offer a permanent home for children in need of adoption across London, Surrey, East and West Sussex and Kent.
