We have high expectations of our residential teams and ensure all staff and managers are engaged in on-going learning about their role and the residents they work with.
Community Services
We also provide Day Opportunities, Hub and Outreach Support for people with a learning disability, physical and sensory impairment, acquired brain injury and/or autism. We deliver high-quality day opportunity sessions including cooking/baking, arts & crafts, horticulture, land management and many animal based care skills from grooming to feeding.

Residential Care
We provide a range of residential services across the South East including Cabrini House and Duckyls Farm, where our residents are encouraged to live their best lives. Staff support individuals to continually seek enjoyable and engaging community activities, including trips to local and London-based events, free community activities, sports events and collaborations with other organisations.
Community engagement also includes involvement with Bromley Football Club, race track days, local theatre and shows. People we support have participated in projects across Europe including arts festivals in France and exhibitions at Rochester Cathedral.

A set of three home-from-homes in Orpington, Bromley supporting residents with a range of needs.
Duckyls Farm
A well established residential care home near East Grinstead set in a former farmhouse.
Supported Living
We have 8 Supported Living services based in Bromley and Mid Sussex where we focus on ensuring all individuals in our care live full, meaningful and purposeful lives. Using Montessori principles, staff support individuals to live as independently as possible and do more of the things they love including outdoor activities, learning new skills, arts & culture, travel, work and socialising with friends. We believe in supporting independence and self-esteem which results in more fulfilling and enjoyable lives.
Bromley
Diagrama’s Supported Living Service in the London Borough of Bromley focuses on supporting vulnerable people to develop the skills and confidence to live in their own house either on their own or with others so they can lead independent, fulfilled lives.
West Sussex At Duckyls Farm
West Sussex At Duckyls Farm we provide a Supported Living Service set in 100 acres of farmland
