Learning and activities
We support each person to take part in meaningful activities that promote confidence, wellbeing, independence and enjoyment.
Our activities include:
- Arts and crafts
- Music sessions
- Sensory spaces and sensory activities
- Gardening and horticulture
- Exploring the local community
- Fun events and celebrations
- Daily living skills activities
- Structured cognitive stimulation sessions through interactive games and activities
Our activities will also encourage communication and social interaction, helping people connect with others and enjoy shared experiences.
All activities will be planned around each person’s interests, choices, abilities and support needs, so everyone can take part in a way that is safe, meaningful and enjoyable for them.
What’s important to know about our support
We are passionate about providing the best possible support for the people we have the privilege to work with. We aim to improve lives through a person-centred approach. Our service model supports people to do as much as possible for themselves and live meaningful, enjoyable lives. We build on service users’ strengths and capabilities and have worked with other organisations to refine our ways of supporting people, including with Montessori experts in disability and dementia care.
