Diagrama Foundation obtained charity status as a not-for-profit organisation in England and Wales under our full name of Diagrama Foundation Psychosocial Intervention in 2009. Our parent organisation, Fundación Diagrama is one of the largest charities in Spain.
Fundacion Diagrama
Diagrama Foundation’s parent charity, Fundación Diagrama supports young people at risk of social exclusion. Founded in Spain in 1991, the charity runs many services across social and health care sectors, with a focus on children and families. This includes socio-education intervention and treatment, education social and family care. It currently manages more than 210 centres and programmes across Spain that have reduced repeat offending in juvenile offenders by 80%.
Diagrama Australia
Already consulting with Australia’s Northern Territory Legislative Assembly on juvenile reform, Diagrama Foundation is exploring how it can help using the Fundacion Diagrama successful methodology in the antipodes.
