Our mission is to transform lives by providing care, support, and opportunities for vulnerable children, young people, and adults
Guided by our core values of compassion, integrity, and innovation, we work to create brighter futures through adoption, fostering, and specialist care services.
We achieve this by:
- Finding secure and loving families to care for children, through our Adoption and Fostering Services.
- Promoting the development of core skills for adults with learning disabilities at our
residential services at Cabrini House, Orpington and Duckyls Farm, West Sussex so that they can lead independent lives, integrated within their community. -
Ensuring that the vulnerable elderly have the opportunity to live life to the full at our nursing and dementia care home, Edensor, in Clacton, Essex.
-
Promoting the development of core skills for adults with learning disabilities at our residential services at Cabrini House, Orpington and Duckyls Farm, West Sussex so that they can lead independent lives, integrated within their community.
-
Enabling people with learning disabilities to develop the skills and confidence in their own and shared homes so they can lead independent, fulfilled lives through our Supported Living Services in Bromley/Orpington and at our Community Day Service at Duckyls Farm, Sussex.

Become An Ambassador
Become an Ambassador like Paul Jacobs GM, who served as an Infantryman with the 2nd Battalion The Rifles, was just 20 years old when he lost his sight in an explosion in Afghanistan which killed two of his friends.
We have four core values that guide our practice:
-
We are always person-centred in our approach - our decision-making is focused on the needs of the individuals that we work with
-
We always work with integrity - we operate resourcefully, professionally and with complete transparency
-
We find innovative solutions to the challenges faced by those we support
-
We work collaboratively with our service users, our own teams and with external experts and organisations to ensure the best outcomes are achieved.
