Volunteering is for everyone
Across our services, we are always on the lookout for people to lend a helping hand, whether that’s on an on-going basis or volunteering on a project.
We are working hard across all our services rolling out new initiatives and projects, so we have a range of volunteering opportunities available, from providing social activities with residents at one of our care homes to working in nature and on a farm.
Individuals aged 18 and older can provide companionship for adults with learning disabilities or older people living with dementia, helping out with arts and crafts activities, cooking sessions and chatting. You could even get out on the land at our 100-acre farm in West Sussex and roll up your sleeves as part of our Community Services programme, or tend to the garden at Cabrini House.
Not one day is the same
For those with specific skill sets, such as tradespeople and those who like to work with their hands or on the land, we are in the process of transforming Duckyls Farm and have a number of ongoing and project-based opportunities, from planting hedges and fixing fences to improving animal living quarters. People with expertise or an interest in Land Management can also get in touch about volunteering at Duckyls Farm.
We also welcome corporate volunteering groups and schools and can tailor a volunteering experience to your group.
With services in West Sussex, London, Kent and Essex, get in touch to find out w.hat volunteering opportunities we have close to you.
