We couldn’t let Pancake day go by without our Cabrini residents having a go at making pancakes themselves. Pancake Tuesday also known as Shrove Tuesday is celebrated the day before Lent starts on Ash Wednesday.

It was the perfect day for our residents to experiment with the ingredients, get creative and messy! The residents made a stack of pancakes, some didn’t make the plate but the rest were just delicious!
